Our Mission

Philosophy

We believe that a disease is not a series of symptoms but a disturbance in  physiological process that becomes a pattern.

We believe in answering the question “Why I got sick?” versus giving the regimen to treat the symptoms.

In the last years, medical care in the United States changed from being a service to being a business. As doctors’ offices getting more overwhelmed with complicated patients, the time that is allowed per visits gets progressively shorter.  As a result, most providers have time to concentrate only on symptoms at hand, mostly one symptom at the time and they don't have enough time to evaluate how these symptoms relate to body systems.
In our practice, we take a multi-step approach that starts with a comprehensive history and advanced laboratory testing that allows us to evaluate how the body functions on the molecular level. For example, you take a multivitamin every day, but does your body absorb it? Is it the right proportion for your body to function at the optimal level?

In addition, we are able to evaluate for hidden stressors that can contribute to an increase work load on your body, which in return can lead to adrenal fatigue, increased inflammation, pre-mature aging and many other degenerative processes.

What we do in our protocol:

1. Hydration
2. Elimination
3. Detoxification
4. Nutrition
5. Stress reduction
6. Adequate sleep
7. Customized supplements
8. Personalized education

In this program we emphasize education as we strongly believe that it is better to "teach how to fish versus giving the fish". We provide personalized tools to foster healthy living and optimal health. Our approach is based strongly in scientific evidence. We continually attend conferences, review medical literature and collaborate with practitioners and scientists to provide the most comprehensive care. All of our practice is based on individual patients and their response. We strongly believe that one treatment does not fit everyone and must therefore be adjusted accordingly.
