My Optimal Health was founded by Anna Breiburg an integrative family nurse practitioner who realized that traditional medicine doesn’t answer all the questions. In response, she developed a new approach that has proven to be effective in both treating and preventing chronic disease.

Anna Breiburg is board-certified in Adult and Pediatric care. She graduated with Masters degree from the University of Kansas with honors in 2001. She completed Dr. Weil's Fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona.  Anna worked at Yale School of Medicine and was a clinical instructor at the Yale University School of Nursing until she moved to California to focus her efforts on providing comprehensive care to her patients.
